Alpine Gastgeber – an association to support small-structured tourism - is a not-for-profit association founded by SalzburgerLand Tourism, Tyrol Tourism and Munich-Upper Bavaria Tourism, and is headquartered in A-6020 Innsbruck. The association's activities extend Europe-wide and are supported financially by the European Regional Development Fund.

Our webpages provide information about 450 stylishly furnished, quality-certified lodging establishments in the regions of Upper Bavaria, SalzburgerLand and Tyrol. All of these establishments are members of the association. Our webpages allow the user to obtain comprehensive information about quality-focused lodging establishments in the selected regions.

Intermediary Role of the Association 
On our webpages, the association's role is solely as an intermediary for third-party services. In other words, lodging contracts are only entered into directly between the provider of tourism services and the customer. All rights and obligations resulting from any lodging contract entered into, exist exclusively between the customer and the provider of tourism services. The association assumes no liability for photos, pricing information or other information (= third-party information) created by the provider himself, nor for its accuracy or completeness.

Liability for Webpage Content 
The content of our webpages is created with great attention to detail. Nevertheless, we offer no guarantees for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the information presented, nor is the information presented on these webpages legally binding in any way. Any liability on the part of the association is, therefore, expressly excluded.

Use of the Alpine Gastgeber logo is reserved exclusively to those lodging establishments who are active members of the association in good standing, and who have entered into a licensing agreement for use of the official Alpine Gastgeber logo with the association.
